Our pool and jacuzzi is professionally cleaned twice per week (no extra charge)
Our garden is professionally cleaned twice per week (no extra charge)
Sheds and green house is off limits for guests( back of the garden )
Keep a close eye on your children while in garden ( swimming pool is not gated )
No glass in the pool area. Use provided plastic glasses, cups only.
Payment Schedule
100% at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
100% Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment or PayPal wire. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. If you will smoke in the house you will loose your whole deposit.
